Crockpot pumpkin soup
Pumpkin Soup Recipe

- 1 kg pumpkin, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken stock cubes
- teaspoon chilli paste
- teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Place all the ingredients in the crockpot/slow cooker. Mix until well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or until vegetables are soft.
Serves 6
